Arku was created with a clear mission: to challenge, perhaps even revolutionize, the market for acoustic ceiling panels.
Existing acoustic solutions for ceilings have long been a headache to fit into the construction process; the materials are heavy and slow to work with, and aesthetically they give both designers and architects headaches.
Arku is taking a new path: With roots in Nordic tradition and references to the plaster ceilings of the 70s, we have created a ceiling panel that is simple, timeless and designed to fit naturally into modern architecture.
Our panels eliminate both noise and hassle: They weigh minimally, are easy to install on existing ceilings and require no acclimatization. We use recycled plastic, collected from the oceans of the world, thus simultaneously contributing to the removal of old-fashioned nature – without [X!!!] compromising on aesthetics, fire safety or sound absorption.
All products are developed by our designers and carpenters in Aarhus, Denmark. And then we sell directly to you – digitally, simply and honestly. For us, it's not just about good acoustics. It's about building smarter.
